Telefunken is a large German manufacturer of electronic equipment,
with activities in many fields, ranging from domestic appliances
(radio, television, etc.) to equipment for the Department of Defense (DoD).
Telefunken was founded in 1903, as a joint venture between
Siemens & Halske
and AEG.
In the past they have also traded as AEG Telefunken.
AEG was aqcuired by DASA and was later merged into EADS Racoms.
Telefunken as a company no longer exists, but the name is used (under licence)
by several companies in various fields.

It uses the original Telefunken logo (shown above).
