Russian spy sets
The end of WWII marked the start of the Cold War; a period of enormous
tension between East and West, but also a period in which many eavesdropping
and spy radio sets
were developed. As the leading nation of the Warsaw Pact,
Russia, or the USSR as it was known at the time, developed a wide range of
spy radio sets.
The radio stations were used for a variety of people and organisations,
such as spies, agents, army and special forces.
Many of these Russian spy radio sets are described
on this website. Click any of the images below for further information.
